This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Natural Pilates Holdings LLC, 9903 S Santa Monica Blvd, STE 619, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc., Vuori, Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, or Salomon. Prizes are provided courtesy of the named brands, which have no responsibility for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

Open only to legal residents of California and New York who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its owners, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins July 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends August 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

(a) Class Challenge Entry: Complete twenty-one (21) classes at Natural Pilates during the Promotion Period. Upon completion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. (b) Bonus Entry: Entrants who like and comment on the official Sweepstakes reel on the Sponsor's Instagram account (@naturalpilates) during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries. (c) Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, email marketing@naturalpilates.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line "21 for 21 Entry" and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth. One (1) free entry per person. Free entrants may also earn the Bonus Entry described in 4(b), for a maximum of two (2) entries. All entries, whether by purchase or free entry, have equal odds of winning. Limit two (2) total entries per person regardless of method.

Four (4) prizes will be awarded, one (1) winner per prize. Each prize consists of: (a) one (1) month of unlimited membership at Natural Pilates (Approximate Retail Value "ARV": $550); and (b) one (1) of the following brand items, as designated by Sponsor for that prize: an apparel set from Vuori, an apparel set from Lululemon, an apparel set from Beyond Yoga, or a pair of Salomon shoes (ARV: $200 each). ARV per prize: $750. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000. Brand items are awarded as designated for each prize drawing; sizing/color subject to availability. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One (1) winner will be selected at random for each of the four (4) prizes from all eligible entries on or about August 22, 2026, and notified via email. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes prior to receiving their prize. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, Vuori, Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, Salomon, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned, in which case winners will be drawn from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

For the names of the winners, send an email with the subject line "21 for 21 Winners List" to marketing@naturalpilates.com within 60 days after August 22, 2026.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
