SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING 

Semi-Private Pilates lessons are perfect for couples or friends who want more individualized attention than a group class environment and for clients who have specific training goals and objectives. Semi-Private sessions are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training. These sessions offer a great way to give and receive encouragement from your partner.

Our goal is to help you build strength, flexibility and body awareness!


We use Merrithew V2Max Reformer/Towers, Stability Chairs and Barrels for our Semi- Private training sessions. We enhance your workout with a variety of small props like the Natural Pilates Ball, Natural Pilates Fitness Circle, Natural Pilates Flex Band, Natural Pilates Booty Band, and free/ankle weights.

Our instructors will assess and create programs that will match your abilities, goals and needs. Our main priority is to help you build strength, flexibility, awareness and balance. The modifications and variations for each exercise make the Natural Pilates workout accessible to everyone, whether you are just coming out of physical therapy, or you want push your limit every single session. We also accommodate prenatal and postnatal clients, golfers, dancers, teens and professional athletes who want to complement their sport. If you are recovering from an injury, our instructors can work with your Physical Therapist, doctor, or personal trainer to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to your recovery and performance.
