Jumpboard Classes are ideal classes for those seeking to add the cardio and strength development component to their routine! It is a full body workout and it is super fun!! All levels are welcome, however we recommend taking a couple privates or beginner classes if you have no experience with Pilates.
The classes that specify that they are "Open" are designed for clients with a physical level that ranges from beginner to advanced. It is for the client who has taken at least 5 private sessions or has taken other classes before. In these classes, you can freely modify for yourself, if needed, but we recommend consulting with the instructor will give modifications based on your needs. This class is also perfect the class to take if you have an injury, or any injuries, the instructor can provide the appropriate modifications. The instructors will do their best to keep an eye on you!
It is important for all the clients to know listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.
All classes are 57 minutes long! We offer fully equipped classes with reformers, towers and chairs. We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging, and different! Due to the small sizes of the class the instructors give attention and corrections to every single student.
