Functional Anatomy 101

This 3 day, 8 hour workshop is designed to teach you anatomy as it applies to the Pilates professional. Put in an easy to understand format and language - you will learn the basics about how the body is put together and what makes it move. Specific emphasis is placed on the most commonly used terms, the bones and bony landmarks, and the muscles you need to know and understand when learning to teach Pilates.
This is the perfect prerequisite workshop for a pilates workshop, certification course, or exam - or for anyone who just wants to understand the musculo-skeletal system.


An outline will be provided, but please be prepared to take notes. This serves as a great learning tool and will help keep you focused during the workshop.
