Prenatal Classes are ideal for building strength and stability in the body while pregnant. It also helps with achieving the body you want after delivery. Due to all the changes that occur during pregnancy, such as the change of one's center of gravity and the laxity in the bodies ligaments, new muscle fibers are used to achieve balance and hold the babies' weight.
Exercise during pregnancy has proven to help with the development of the brain of the fetus.

All classes are 57 minutes long! We offer fully equipped classes with reformers, towers and chairs. We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging, and different! Due to the small sizes of the class the instructors give attention and corrections to every single student.
