Our Intermediate/Advanced Classes are ideal for clients who have consistently practiced Pilates, and practiced for a while, as well as, those who are involved in other physical activities. These classes are for those who have a good understanding of the equipment, as well as, their bodies relation to the equipment. As instructors, our main goal is to challenge our clients in these classes while reinforcing the fundamentals of breathing and using their core.
Our specific repertoire of exercises focus on a full body workout, we engage every body part using high numbers of repetitions with moderate/high weight. We also add exercises with a higher level of difficulty .To make your classes more fun we use a lot of props like flex bands, weights, balls, Bosu balls, and foam rollers as a complement to some basic exercises.
It is important for all the clients to know listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.
All classes are 57 minutes long! We offer fully equipped classes with reformers, towers and chairs. We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging, and different! Due to the small sizes of the class the instructors give attention and corrections to every single student.
