Our Beginner/Intermediate Classes are the ideal classes to choose if you have no experience or very limited experience with Pilates, and for those who have various or specific injuries. In this class, the primary focus is on the basic principals of Pilates, which include; breathing technique, shoulder, pelvis, and ribs placement, learning the exercises and the equipment.
To make your classes more fun, we use a lot of props like flex bands, weights, balls, Bosu balls, and foam rollers as a complement to some basic exercises. As instructors, our main goal is to teach clients how to use their body in a mindful way!
It is important for all the clients to know listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.
All classes are 57 minutes long! We offer fully equipped classes with reformers, towers and chairs. We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging, and different! Due to the small sizes of the class the instructors give attention and corrections to every single student.
